About Our Coffee Farm
Grown with aloha and care on a 25-acre single-estate farm in South Kona, our 100% Kona Coffee is crafted from tree to roast entirely on-site in small batches.
Nestled in the mineral-rich volcanic slopes of Mauna Loa, Bay View Farm produces fresh coffee with a distinctive, smooth and balanced flavor shaped by our unique microclimate and elevation. No flash—just honest, hard work and a dedication to quality you can taste in every cup.

Brewing & Storage
Brewing Recommendations
Use 2 tablespoons (16 grams) of dark roast Kona coffee per 12 oz cup for pour-over or drip style brewing.
Storage & Freshness Information
Our coffee beans are mature and ready to brew upon shipment. We roast small batches multiple times a month to ensure peak freshness.
Store unopened bags in a cool dark place such as a cabinet or pantry. After opening, store the coffee in an airtight container in a cool dark place.
If unopened, it is recommended to enjoy the beans 0 to 8 months after buying. If opened, our dark roast is best enjoyed 0 to 2 months after purchase if stored correctly.
